JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, engaging with leaders across the globe, and is a subject matter expert on all things Human Resources? If this sounds like you, read on! We are looking for a Human Resources Executive who manages People and Culture activity, and coordinates at a global level to deliver a professional service to employees. This position provides leadership and strategic direction in the areas of policy, legal compliance, benefits, payroll, recruiting, communications, staffing, learning & development/training, employee relations and compensation.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:

Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with leadership
Organizational development, including workforce and succession planning
Oversight of critical functions that include HR operations, payroll, compensation, and HR systems
Expand a new shared services function across the organization
Develop a compensation philosophy that maintains equity and supports university values and culture
Focus on incorporation of entrepreneurial initiatives and values
Ensure policies, programs, and practices comply with federal and state laws
Responsible for HR operations vendor management
