Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of a multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with leadership

Organizational development, including workforce and succession planning

Oversight of critical functions that include HR operations, payroll, compensation, and HR systems

Expand a new shared services function across the organization

Develop a compensation philosophy that maintains equity and supports university values and culture

Focus on incorporation of entrepreneurial initiatives and values

Ensure policies, programs, and practices comply with federal and state laws

Responsible for HR operations vendor management
Requirements
-
Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree required
