JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an unpaid internship. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to optimize key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of marketing and user acquisition strategies, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL:
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.

  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns, product features, and user experiences.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams to prioritize growth initiatives and implement solutions.

  • Develop predictive models and forecasting methodologies to project future performance and inform strategic decisions.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and challenges.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and data analytics.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the overall growth culture of the organization.

  • Other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED SKILLS FOR QUALIFICATION:

  • Proven experience (X years) in a similar role, with a track record of driving measurable business growth.

  • Expertise in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Finance model

  • 2-4 years work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous internship experience in Finance is a plus, but not required.

  • GIAQ, CFA,FMC,FRM certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance or BA

  • Previous Finance experience
